Our mission is to relieve extreme poverty in the population by creating jobs though assisting the hundreds of thousands of promising and capable local micro entrepreneurs with business coaching and micro-credit; providing work skills training; in all, ensuring gender equality and environmental sustainability.
To reduce the number of jobless Africans from 200m (60% of employable adults) to 50m (15%) and reduce the number of people living below the extreme poverty line from the current 550 million to 100 million is our goal.
